Pet Love is fantastic with Augie. Augie is excited when a Pet Love walker comes to the door and happily leaves with walker. Pet Love lovingly greets Augie, takes Augie to the park, patiently plays with him and always takes a video or two and reports about whether Augie peed and/or pooped. Pet Love uses a long leash to let Augie run but not be at risk of running away. Also, Pet Love is very accommodating when we need an extra walk last minute. When a new walker is being introduced, an experienced walker assists and shows the ropes. My dog adores all of their walkers and gets so excited when he gets to go out with them. Pet Love loves my dog as if he is one of their own. PetLove NYC is awesome - I needed a new walker when I moved to the financial district. I found Renaldo and walked me through their walking philosophy, how they keep my boy safe and even provided a link for a collar that tracks his walks. They do single dog walks which I love - I see too many pack walks with a dog being dragged or individual needs not recognized. They send pics of every walk and are fast with communication. For two years (and counting) I have used Pet Love NYC's dog walking and training services. The Pet Love NYC team is trustworthy, reliable, experienced, communicative, and flexible! Riley, who is an active, bird and ball motivated Border Collie mix who requires routine exercise, walks, structure, and stimulation absolutely loves the team and always greets them with excitement at the door! After the Pet Love team met her, the team came up with an acclimation training plan (we had just moved to the city) to ensure Riley's safety during walks and off-leash play time! That level of intentionality and care made all the difference during Riley's transitions to the city. She always comes back from her walks and play time with her tail wagging and exhausted! They’ve been so thoughtful and careful with my Boston Terrier Oaklee, from doing a meet and greet to taking tons of pics while out on walks, and texting each week to ask if I’ll need walks.
